POINT

●頭頸部がん領域の薬物療法に用いる殺細胞性抗がん剤の特性と，典型的な有害事象について理解する。

●頻度の高い有害事象（骨髄抑制・消化器毒性・粘膜炎・腎機能障害）について，基本的な知識とその支持療法を理解する。

●その他，きわめて稀だが時に致死的となる有害事象や，毒性の強い多剤併用療法の管理について紹介する。
