POINT

●COVID-19の感染経路は，飛沫感染，接触感染に加え，空気感染の3つである。

●耳鼻咽喉科は上気道炎症状を有する患者を対象とした診療を行う機会が多く，診療や処置に際しては十分な換気を心がけ，飛沫・空気感染対策に適した個人防護具を使用する。

●抗ウイルス薬が複数承認されているが，それぞれの薬剤の適応や禁忌を理解する。

●2022年3月現在，オミクロン株の流行に伴い，重度の急性咽喉頭炎を呈する症例が増加しており，最新の情報に留意する。
