POINT

●ヒト免疫不全ウイルス（HIV）感染者の8人に1人は自身の感染を知らず，無症候感染者の早期発見が求められる。

●HIVとともに生きる人々（PLWH）の余命は健常人に近づいており，生活習慣病や発がんが問題である。

●適切な抗ウイルス療法によるHIVウイルス量の抑制は，HIVの伝播を抑制できる。

●コンドームの使用はHIVを含む性感染症，ウイルス性肝炎，ヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV）感染症を抑制できるユニバーサルな予防策である。
