POINT

●内耳造影MRIで，健常成人の内耳に内リンパ腔の拡大を認めることがある。

●急性低音障害型感音難聴の回復例では内リンパ腔の拡大を認めない。また，前庭・蝸牛の内リンパ腔を観察することにより疾患予後の推定が可能である。

●内リンパ水腫関連疾患のなかでメニエール病の内リンパ腔が最も拡がっていた（内リンパ水腫）。

●メニエール病の症例に存在する前庭の内リンパ水腫は外側半規管や後半規管にも拡大することがあり，平衡機能検査に影響することがある。
