POINT

●鼻副鼻腔腫瘍の質的評価と進展範囲評価にMRIは有用である。

●鼻副鼻腔悪性腫瘍は多彩な病理組織を示すため，それぞれの病期分類に基づいて適切な病期診断を行う。

●鼻副鼻腔悪性腫瘍の手術適応と切除限界について理解し，治療方針を決定する。
