POINT

●髄液漏・髄膜瘤・髄膜脳瘤は横断像だけではなく，冠状断や矢状断のT2強調画像やheavily T2強調画像で頭蓋底の欠損部を評価することも重要である。

●髄膜腫は良悪性の鑑別，海綿静脈洞や視神経への進展，動脈の口径不整の有無の評価が大切となる。

●下垂体腺腫の評価にはダイナミック造影検査が有用で，正常下垂体の同定，海綿静脈洞浸潤の有無の評価が大切となる。

●眼窩腫瘤では血管腫と神経鞘腫との鑑別にダイナミック造影検査が有用である。
