神経温存と耳下腺手術

Summary

●耳下腺腫瘍の治療として，耳下腺手術が確立してから50年を経たが，その後の治療成績の進展は十分でない。

●一方，最近になって，新しい工夫や治療法が考案されてきた。

●大耳介神経の走行が術前に推定可能となり，温存率が向上すると思われる。

●精細な3D拡大画面を提供する外視鏡システムと，持続的術中神経モニタリングシステムは，耳下腺手術における顔面神経温存率を向上させるものとして期待される。
