POINT

●めまい診療では，実際の疫学を念頭に置いて効率的に鑑別をすすめるべきである。

●中枢性めまいの鑑別では，めまい以外の神経症候を検出することが重要である。

●循環不全によるめまいを念頭に置いた病歴聴取も忘れてはならない。
