「平衡訓練の基準2021」—実践のコツと有用性

POINT

●前庭リハビリテーションは，めまい症状の軽減，運動時の視線の安定化，姿勢の維持，歩行などの身体運動の円滑な遂行ができるようにデザインされた運動を反復する訓練である。

●一側末梢前庭障害によるめまい症状，バランスや歩行障害の改善に有効である。

●頭部運動訓練，バランス訓練，歩行訓練を組み合わせて行うように指導する。

●再診時，訓練が正しく行えていること，軽度〜中等度のめまいが生じ20分以内に消失していることを確認する。
