当科で経験した頭頸部原発小細胞癌の2例

文献概要

はじめに

　小細胞癌は肺以外の組織にも発生することが知られているが，頭頸部に発生するのは稀である。しかし，肺小細胞癌と同様に悪性度が高いため，適切な治療方針の決定，早期治療開始が重要である。今回われわれは，頭頸部原発の小細胞癌を2例経験したため，文献的考察をふまえて報告する。
