POINT

●安定して副神経外枝を同定・温存し，郭清を適切に行うには，耳下腺と胸鎖乳突筋の剝離などを行って広い術野を確保することが不可欠である。

●副神経外枝が顎二腹筋後腹，胸鎖乳突筋と交差する部分と，僧帽筋前縁では副神経外枝走行の位置，頸神経との交通などのバリエーションに注意を払う。

●副神経外枝を直接筋鉤で牽引するようなストレスをかけないように愛護的な手術操作に努める。
