POINT

●喉頭中央部切除術は低侵襲で，かつ術後の摂食に有利な消化管を形成できる術式である。

●嚥下機能の改善が望めない成人例がよい適応になると思われる。

●2割程度の症例では，術後にカニューレ挿入を必要とする気管孔狭窄を生じる。

●気管孔狭窄の予防のために，永久気管孔を広く形成する工夫が有効である可能性がある。
