POINT

●診療報酬改定により，術後疼痛管理チームの必要性が高まっている。

●術後疼痛管理のターゲットとなる耳鼻咽喉科領域の術式は，頭頸部腫瘍に対する皮弁再建術が多い。

●術後少しでも痛いときは自己調節鎮痛法（PCA）のボタンを押してもらうよう指導する。

●エビデンスに基づいた多角的鎮痛（multimodal analgesia）管理を行う。
