POINT

●アレルギー疾患はそれぞれに関連性があり，包括的な管理が必要である。

●食物アレルギーは，詳細な問診と種々の検査から被疑食を同定後に，状態に見合った管理・治療を行っていく。

●アトピー性皮膚炎はitch scratch cycleからの脱却を目的とするため，薬剤選択とともに皮膚洗浄も重要である。

●気管支喘息の治療は急性期と慢性期に分かれており，発作予防には薬剤治療以外に規則正しい生活や体力作りが必要である。
