POINT

●スギ・ヒノキによる花粉性結膜炎の有病率は男性32.4％，女性34.7％であり，国民病である。

●季節性・通年性アレルギー性結膜炎の主症状は「痒み」であり，QOLを低下させる。

●春季カタルは年少者に多く，免疫抑制薬点眼液が著効する。

●アトピー性角結膜炎の慢性期では結膜上皮の扁平上皮化生，杯細胞の消失を認め，ドライアイを呈する。
