●鼻副鼻腔悪性腫瘍の内視鏡所見は非常に類似している。

●鼻副鼻腔悪性腫瘍の術前生検と最終診断とでは結果が異なる場合がある。

●内視鏡所見だけでなく，各種検査を総合的にみて診断・治療を判断することが重要である。
