POINT

●アレルギー性真菌性副鼻腔炎（AFRS）は鼻茸を伴う慢性副鼻腔炎の一種であり，真菌へのⅠ型アレルギー反応を主とするType 2炎症性疾患である。

●好酸球性副鼻腔炎とよく似た症状や所見を呈するが，AFRSでは片側病変が多い。

●AFRSは手術療法および術後の薬物治療が有効とされている。抗体製剤などの新規治療法も報告されており，さらなる研究報告が待たれる。
