POINT

●切除不能／再発・転移甲状腺分化癌に対して，マルチキナーゼ阻害薬に加え選択的チロシンキナーゼ阻害薬が複数使用可能となった。

●副作用が多彩で重症化しやすいマルチキナーゼ阻害薬は，予定休薬により副作用を軽減しながら治療効果を引き出すことができる。

●選択的チロシンキナーゼ阻害薬は，それぞれの臨床試験の解析結果から高い有効性とともに高い忍容性が示された。使用にあたっては，治療薬ごとに対応する遺伝子異常を所定の検査で証明する必要がある。

●切除不能／再発・転移甲状腺分化癌を有する患者の予後延長・QOL維持には，患者の状態と腫瘍の広がりを考慮したうえで，投与可能な薬剤を丁寧にそして逐次的に使用することが重要である。
