POINT

●甲状腺未分化癌は稀だが，非常に予後不良である。

●マルチキナーゼ阻害薬であるレンバチニブは血管新生を阻害し腫瘍増生を抑制する。

●遺伝子検査は，コンパニオン診断と遺伝子パネル検査に分けられる。

●コンパニオン診断でBRAFV600E変異陽性を認めた場合，BRAF/MEK阻害薬が使用できる。
