POINT

●術後治療ならびに非外科的治療としてのがん薬物療法の意義は確立していない。

●再発転移例に対し，watchful waitも重要な戦略の1つである。

●一次治療として，シスプラチン＋ドセタキセル併用療法が提案可能である。

●免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の位置づけは明確でなく，過度な期待は禁物である。
