●粘膜黒色腫に対する大規模な試験がなく，皮膚悪性黒色腫に準じた治療が弱く推奨されている。

●粘膜黒色腫に対する周術期治療について，皮膚悪性黒色腫を含む既報から最新情報を検討した。

●粘膜黒色腫独自の治療開発が急務である。
