POINT

●内視鏡下上顎洞手術には①中鼻道経由，②内側壁経由，③前壁経由の3つのアプローチがある。

●鼻腔外側壁の解剖，特に鈎状突起，上顎洞膜様部，下鼻甲介と涙骨の位置関係を理解する。

●それぞれの術式の特徴を理解し，症例によって最適な術式を選択，組み合わせる。
