はじめに

　open法術後耳におけるcavity problemはしばしばみられる病態である。間歇的に耳漏が再発するものの，保存的治療により寛解するため，手術適応とは判断されず長期間にわたって通院する症例は稀でない。今回われわれは，上記のような経過をたどっていたものの耳漏の増悪から手術適応判定のために紹介を受け，結果的に扁平上皮癌が確認された2例を経験した。見落とされる可能性も高い病態であり，臨床的に重要であると考え，これらを報告し診断についての考察を加える。
