●頭頸部がんへの導入化学療法は臓器・機能温存に寄与する。

●口腔がんへの術前導入化学療法による縮小手術・機能温存の可能性が示されている。

●毒性の低いレジメンとしてPCE療法による術前導入化学療法が報告されている。
