Point

●p16陽性中咽頭がんであっても，導入化学療法による縮小手術はいまだ標準治療ではない。

●高い完全奏効率が期待できるレジメンを選択し，治療効果を見極めた場合には，縮小手術（経口切除）が成立する可能性がある。進行中の臨床試験の結果が待たれる。
