Point

●TPF療法で生じうる強い毒性の懸念から，PCE療法は開発された。

●PCE療法の安全性は優れていて，後治療である化学放射線療法ヘの移行率も良好である。

●PCE療法を実施する際には，対象症例の選択が大切である。
