Point

●シスプラチン3週毎投与法は，高いエビデンスレベルで支持される局所進行扁平上皮癌の標準治療法である。

●通常分割照射（70Gy/35回/7週）とシスプラチン3週毎投与法の同時併用が有効である。咽頭がんの治療では，強度変調放射線治療が有害事象軽減の観点で推奨される。

●一次効果は最も良好であるが，長期結果では重度の晩期有害事象の増加が問題とされ，低侵襲治療の開発が課題となっている。
