●T2以下で，節外浸潤を伴うリンパ節転移なしのHPV関連中咽頭がんが経口腔的ロボット支援下手術（TORS）の適応である。

●軟口蓋切除時は術後の鼻咽腔閉鎖機能を考慮に入れて検討する。
