Point

●ヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV）関連中咽頭がんが化学放射線療法（CRT）により良好な予後が見込めることのエビデンスは強い。

●CRTの有害事象への対応は適切に行う必要がある。

●CRTと経口腔的ロボット支援下手術（TORS）を比較した臨床試験は小規模なものに限られる。
