摂食嚥下障害と医療連携—重症患者と重度障害患者

POINT

●日本の75歳以上の人口は2054年まで増加が見込まれる。高齢者はあらゆる疾患で嚥下機能が低下しうる。現疾患と併存疾患，既往症による嚥下障害は複合的で，多様な症候を呈する。

●重症患者に対するnon-instrumentalとinstrumentalの嚥下評価を組み合わせ，標準化された摂食嚥下診療プロトコールの作成が，高度急性期医療の現場に望まれる。

●重度嚥下障害患者に対する嚥下機能改善手術や誤嚥防止手術を行う耳鼻咽喉科・頭頸部外科と，嚥下リハビリテーションを含む専門的な多職種との，あるべき摂食嚥下ネットワークの進化・生成が望まれる。
