鼻涙管から発生したsolitary fibrous tumorの1例

はじめに

　孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は，1931年にKlempererらにより胸膜に発生する腫瘍として報告された^1）。その後，腹膜，肝臓，腎臓，縦隔，副腎，膀胱など，胸膜外の全身に発生したSFTが報告されており，現在は間葉系細胞に由来する腫瘍と考えられている。頭頸部領域では口腔，副咽頭間隙，副鼻腔などで報告されているが，涙囊や鼻涙管に発生したものは稀である。今回われわれは，鼻涙管から発生したと考えられるSFTに対し，経鼻内視鏡下に摘出しえた症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
