POINT

●急性化膿性耳下腺炎は，ステノン管開口部からの逆行性感染であり，免疫機能低下や口腔内の汚染を認める疾患である。

●反復性耳下腺炎は，小児にみられ思春期頃までには自然治癒する疾患であり，先天性の導管の形成異常や免疫異常が関連していると考えられている。シェーグレン症候群との鑑別が必要な例もある。

●HIV関連唾液腺疾患として，唾液腺腫大や両側性多発性無痛性の唾液腺リンパ上皮性囊胞がある。HIV感染の初期症状の1つでもある。
