POINT

●被膜外摘出術（ECD）は良性で小さな浅葉の腫瘍によい適応である。

●ECDの適応は術前にMRI，超音波検査，細胞診を用いて，慎重に決定する。

●耳下腺前方の腫瘍では顔面神経の走行に特に注意を要する。

●ECDでは麻酔導入時の筋弛緩薬の影響を筋弛緩モニターで管理する。
