肩腱板損傷に対する理学療法とバイオメカニクス

はじめに

　肩腱板損傷（以下，腱板断裂）に対する治療方法には，保存療法と手術療法があるが，当院では長期的な機能の回復と維持を図る目的で，重症の基礎疾患がある患者や手術を望まない高齢者を除いて，積極的に手術療法が行われている．手術療法にはopen法と鏡視下法があるが，当院では安定した術後成績と術式の簡便さからopen法が選択されている．したがって，本稿では，術後理学療法にポイントを絞って報告し，バイオメカニクスとの関連性についても言及する．
