遠位上腕二頭筋腱断裂術後の早期理学療法の経験

要旨：遠位上腕二頭筋腱断裂は比較的まれな疾患であるため，これまでに術後の理学療法についての詳細な報告はない．本症例は手術による固定が良好であったので，早期より理学療法を開始した．その結果，術後12週で肘屈曲筋力は健側比100％まで回復し，スポーツ復帰が可能となった．遠位上腕二頭筋腱断裂術後の理学療法は，手術での固定性などに注意して早期より開始することで，機能回復を促すことができると考える．
