はじめに

　パーキンソン病（Parkinson's disease）患者において腰痛の訴えは頻繁に聞かれるが，その病態についての報告は少なく，症状，問題点についての理解も十分ではない．本稿では，パーキンソン病患者の腰痛について整理し，理学療法アプローチの実際について述べる．
