理学療法の効果判定に適切な具体的指標は―脳卒中

　理学療法の効果を判定するためには標準化された適切な指標を用いたデータの蓄積を行う必要があるが^1），わが国の脳卒中理学療法分野に関しては十分とはいえない状況にある．評価指標は効果判定を行う障害レベルにより選択が異なる．最近のガイドラインや帰結研究で多く取り上げられている評価指標^2～4）を障害構造に沿って概観すると以下のようになる．
