低心機能に脳血管障害を合併した症例に対する理学療法

はじめに

　脳血管障害と心疾患は，動脈硬化性疾患という共通点をもち，虚血性心疾患例の脳血管障害発症率は健常者と比して狭心症例で1.6～2.4倍，心筋梗塞例で2.7～3.7倍，両者合併例で3.8～5.5倍に達するとされる^1）．また心房細動などの不整脈や心筋症，心不全は脳塞栓症発生を助長しうるものであることから，心血管系の問題を有する脳血管障害患者は少なくない．そこで，本稿では低心機能に脳血管障害を合併した症例における理学療法について紹介する．
