若年健常者を対象とした肩甲骨位置測定方法，基準値の検討―デジタル傾斜計，テープメジャーによる測定

要旨：本研究は，肩甲骨位置の簡便な測定方法の信頼性を検討すること，健常者における肩甲骨位置の基準値を提示すること，健常者にどのような肩甲骨位置の左右差があるかを明らかにすることを目的とした．対象は肩関節に疾患のない健康成人92名であった．肩甲骨位置の測定にはデジタル傾斜計とテープメジャーを用いた．分析項目は肩甲骨外転距離，肩甲骨外転比，肩甲骨下制距離，肩甲骨下制比率，肩甲骨上方回旋角度，肩甲骨前傾角度であった．各測定方法の信頼性を級内相関係数ICC（1，1），ICC（2，1）および標準誤差（SEM）より求めた．ICC（1，1）は0.87～0.98，ICC（2，1）は0.84～0.91と優れた信頼性を示した．利き手側が非利き手側に比べ，肩甲骨下制距離および肩甲骨下制比率において有意に大きかった（p＜0.05）．本研究で用いた肩甲骨位置の測定方法は簡便であり，優れた信頼性を示したため，臨床でも用いることが可能である．また臨床で肩甲骨位置を評価する際には，元来，利き手側の肩甲骨が下制していることを留意すべきである．
