脳卒中診断学と治療に基づく脳卒中専門医のゴール設定

はじめに

　脳卒中診療は，画像診断の進歩に伴い詳細な診断が早期に可能となった．また，近年，遺伝子組み換え組織プラスミノーゲンアクティベータ（recombinant tissue plasminogen activator：以下，rt-PA）静注療法が本邦でも超急性期脳梗塞に対して保険適応となり，これまで以上に短時間での診断および治療開始が求められるようになった．本稿では，われわれが行っている病院前における試み，急性期における検査・診断・治療に加え，慢性期における治療目標について概説する．
