慢性疼痛への理学療法―脳卒中と神経障害

　本稿のテーマである「脳卒中と神経障害」は，その範囲が広いため，今回は神経障害性疼痛およびその周辺について解説する．脳卒中では脳卒中後の中枢痛（central post-stroke pain：CPSP），神経障害では筆者らが研究を進めている複合性局所疼痛症候群（complex regional pain syndrome：CRPS）について自験例を含め述べる．また，理学療法は評価と運動療法を中心に解説を行う．
