1．肩甲骨（scapula）

　肩甲骨は外側端に関節窩があり，5～10°後捻している．関節窩を外側から見るとソラマメ状をしており，前縁にglenoid notchと呼ばれるくぼみがみられる．筆者は同部位を水平内転にて小結節が関節窩に侵入する部位と考えている．
