高齢者の認知運動機能に対する足踏み運動と計算課題を組み合わせた二重課題自主トレーニングの効果

要旨：［目的］高齢者に対する足踏み運動と計算課題を組み合わせた二重課題トレーニングについて，研究1では運動負荷強度の検討および転倒歴との関連，研究2では運動機能および認知機能に対するトレーニング効果を検討した．［方法と結果］研究1では高齢者17名に対し，足踏み運動および計算課題の単一および二重課題の条件で，運動負荷量，足踏み運動と転倒歴との関係を比較した．二重課題の遂行能力は転倒歴と関係があり，認知機能と正の相関関係があった．また，二重課題は単一課題と負荷量に相違はなく，強度はKarvonen法にて10～20％と低強度であった．研究2では高齢者15名を無作為に単一課題群，二重課題群に分け，それぞれ6週間自主トレーニングを行い，運動認知機能の変化を調査した．その結果，二重課題群ではトレーニング前後で足踏み回数が増え，加えて注意配分の測定指標であるプローブ反応時間が短縮した．［結語］足踏み運動と計算課題による二重課題自主トレーニングは，高齢者に対し低強度で実施でき，運動機能に加え，注意配分能力の向上が認められた．
