スポーツ傷害の靱帯損傷に対する物理療法の臨床適応と効果

はじめに

　Jリーグ発足から20年が経過し，競技レベルの向上に伴いメディカルスタッフの役割が重要視されつつある．プロスポーツは常に結果が評価され，年間を通して傷害による選手のパフォーマンス低下や長期離脱を回避していかなければならない．そのため，スポーツ現場では競技中に生じた傷害に対し，運動療法だけでなく物理療法も多用し早期治癒を考慮に入れた取り組みが行われる．本稿では，スポーツ現場での靱帯損傷に対する物理療法に着目し，その適応について考察する．
