小切開による人工股関節置換術と理学療法

はじめに

　自然治癒能力をもった生体に対して最小の手術侵襲（minimally invasive surgery：MIS）を行い，病巣にアクセスすることから生じる二次的正常組織の損傷を最小限にして，損なわれた生体の恒常性（homeostasis）の時機をみた回復が外科医療の目標である．小さな切開により明るく拡大された視野のもとでの確実な手術手技に基づいた治療は，患者が軽度の局所痛とより少ない合併症で早期の社会復帰が可能となる．Approach related traumaを最小限にし，早期の社会復帰と入院期間の短縮を目的としたMISによる人工関節置換術の手技が一般化しつつある．
