1．脳梗塞

はじめに

　脳梗塞は，本邦では脳血管疾患の約75％を占め^1），2013年度には約7万人が死亡している．脳血管疾患は，運動障害などのため，2010年度の介護を要する疾患の第1位となっており，死亡，または介護を要する後遺症を呈するなど，生活に大きな影響を及ぼす疾患である．発症直後から1〜2週間ごろまでは不安定であり，この急性期の時期には薬物治療による症状の安定が目標となる．本稿では，急性期脳梗塞治療のために重視すべきことについて解説する．
