はじめに

　前号では，行動経済学および神経経済学について概説した．そこでも述べたように，精神科医である筆者は，臨床にも有用ではないかと考え，行動経済学に興味を抱くようになった．本号では，行動経済学の臨床応用や脳機能イメージングについて，筆者らの自験例を交えて紹介したい．
