Point

●恐怖-回避モデルでは，恐怖条件付けとその般化によって痛みが慢性化すると考えられている

●恐怖の評価で重要なことは，患者の破局的な考えを聴取し，恐怖の対象を明確化することである

●慢性痛に対する「段階的曝露療法」では，課題の段階付けが重要となる
