●急性痛の慢性化には患部の炎症状況のみでなく多因子が関与する

●急性期からの疼痛推移に注意し，患者への適切な情報提供と患者教育が重要である

●急性期からの活動向上段階では，活動日記などを用いて疼痛の推移に注意しながら活動量を向上させることが重要である
