●装具歩行トレーニングは一般医療機関でも実施することができ,長期的な実施も可能である
●再生医療を念頭に置いた重症神経疾患患者における装具歩行トレーニングは再考の余地がある
●装具の効果を最大限発揮させるためには機能回復の程度に応じて自由度の制限を適宜調整することが重要となる
